The Contract Comprises Two (2) Phases Of Execution, Defined As Follows: - Phase N°1: O Aps, Avp And Regulatory Studies Over The Entire Zac; O Monitoring Of Demolitions Of The Eastern Sector Of The Zac; O Animation Of Consultation Workshops For The Purposes Of Co-Construction (City / Inhabitants); O Studies And Regulatory Files (Update Of The Impact Study, Implementation File, Dup File, Dle), O Missions Of The Coordinating Architect From Diagnosis To Guide Plan, Also Including Work Workshops With Stakeholders No. 1 To 4; Resident Workshops - Phase N°2: O Pro To Aor For The Centre, West And East Sectors, Including Running Co-Design Workshops (Operators). O Mission Of The Coordinating Architect For The Development Of The Cpaupe And Lot Sheets, Animation Of Co-Design Workshops With Operators From The Center And East Sector, Resident Workshops The Contract Includes A Firm Tranche And 5 Optional Tranches
