Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Project Management Mission - Development Of The Auguste Jaubert And November 11 Squares Period 2026-2029. The Project Owner Is Considering, In Accordance With The Program And The Forecast Budget, An Operation Aimed At The Redevelopment Of The Auguste Jaubert And 11 November Squares (Which May Be Referred To In The Rest Of The Program As Place Du Marché) At The Articulation Between The Recently Reclassified Historic Center To The South, The Newly Reinforced Increased Center To The North With The Establishment Of The Bus Station, The New School And The Health Center, And, Beyond The Rd7n Which Adjoins The Place To The West , The Boules Area And The New Canal Greenway Leading To The Station. The Project Area Is Approximately 19,800 M2. The Operation Also Aims To De-Waterproof The Square, Resumption Of Rainwater Drainage Networks, Cameras And Public Lighting. During The Outline Phase, An Assessment Will Be Carried Out On The Other Networks In Order To Judge The Necessary Interventions. This Provisional Operating Program Concerns The Completion Of An Infrastructure Project Management Mission.
