Pre-School Education Services – European Open Procedure Pursuant To Art.71 Of Legislative Decree 36 2023, With Procedure Reversal Pursuant To Art.107, Paragraph 3, For The Awarding Of The Management Of The Educational Services Of Municipal Nursery Nursery.. The Object Of The Contract Is The Assignment Of The Management Of Three Nursery Schools, Located In The Municipal Area And The Provision Of Educational Services At The Same Nursery Schools, Which Will Welcome Children Aged Between 3 And 36 Months, With The Service Being Carried Out In The Ways And Times Represented In These Specifications. The Educational Service Is Divided Into The Following Activities: A) Development Of An Educational Project And A Management Plan For The Municipal Services For Early Childhood Lo Scrigno Magico, Girotondo, Mafalda; The Implementation Of The Educational Project And The Management Plan Must Take Place In Agreement With The Pedagogical Coordinator Of The Institution; B) Provision Of The Necessary Educational Personnel Responsible For The Care And Education Of Children; C) Supervise The Placement Of Children In The Nursery; D) Ensure Correct Educational Continuity For Children By Operating In A Fair And Harmonious Relationship With The Nursery School E) Supply Of Educational Games And Consumable Teaching Materials Suitable For Carrying Out The Pedagogical Project; F) Supply Of Stationery, Hygienic And Sanitary Material For Childrens Needs (Diapers, Detergents, Changing Table Paper, Emollient Creams, Etc.). For Regulatory, Organizational And Pedagogical Aspects, Reference Must Be Made To The Laws And Regulations Of The Tuscany Region Regarding Nursery Schools And, In Particular, To The Regional Law. 32/02 And Subsequent Amendments, To The Implementation Regulation Of The Same Law Approved With The Presidential Decree. Tuscany N. 41/R Of 30 July 2013 And Subsequent Amendments. As Well As The Municipal Regulation Of Early Childhood Education Services Approved By The C.C.
