Type And Quantity Of The Waste That Is Served And Is The Subject Of The Order: The System For Garbage Collection And Garbage Removal Of Mixed Household Waste Covers All The Settlements On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Popovo. The Annual Amount Of Mixed Household Waste, Which Is Generated By The Life, Commercial, Production And Other Types Of Activities, By The Residents And Inhabitants Of The Municipality, Amounts To About 2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred) Tons In 5 Months. For The Purposes Of This Public Procurement, Household Waste Is That Which Meets The Definition Given In § 1., Item 7 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Law On Local Taxes And Fees, Namely: Household Waste Is That Which Is Obtained As A Result Of Peoples Life Activities In Homes, Yards, In Administrative, Social And Other Public Buildings. Waste From Commercial Establishments, Craft Activities, Enterprises, Recreation And Entertainment Facilities Are Also Equated To Them, When They Do Not Have The Character Of Hazardous Waste And At The Same Time Their Quantity Or Composition Will Not Prevent Their Treatment Together With Household Waste. Number Of Containers And Minimum Frequency Of Removal: The Number Of Containers Required For The Execution Of The Order Is 1663, Which Are Distributed Among The Populated Areas Of The Popovo Municipality. Containers Must Be In Good Working Order, With Sturdy Bodies, Lids And Wheels. The Frequency Of Garbage Collection And Garbage Removal Services In Populated Areas Is Currently Determined By An Order Of The Mayor Of Popovo Municipality And Is Subject To Change With Subsequent Orders.
