Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Processing Of Implementation Project Documentation For The Tender Procedure For The Contract Contractor Bytový Dům Drahomíra, Kollárova 539, 360 01 Karlovy Vary. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is Therefore The Provision Of Design And Architectural Services Consisting In The Processing Of Implementation Project Documentation, According To Act No. 283/2021 Coll. The Building Act (Hereinafter Referred To As The Building Act) And To The Extent Established By Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On The Documentation Of Buildings, And Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., On The Determination Of The Scope Of Documentation Of A Public Contract For Construction Works And An Inventory Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions. The Contracting Authority Has Already Prepared A Part Of The Project Documentation In The Scope Of The Corresponding Project Documentation For The Joint Zoning And Building Permit, Which Forms Annex No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation And Which The Contractor Will Use As Part Of The Implementation Of The Public Contract, Respectively, The Completion Of Which To The Phase Of The Project Documentation For Construction Implementation (Dps) Will Be The Basis For The Implementation Of The Public Contract. The Contracting Authority States That The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Also The Following Activities: A) Preparation Of Documents For The Selection Of A Construction Contractor, In Particular The Cooperation Of The Contractor In The Preparation Of The Tender Conditions And Tender Documentation Of The Public Contract For Construction Works, Including The Incorporation Of The Clients Requirements Into The Tender Documentation; B) Cooperation Of The Contractor During The Procurement Process For Construction Contractors, In Particular Participation In The Meeting Of The Evaluation Committee, Expert Assessment Of Offers To The Extent Related To Project Documentation, Technical Solutions, List Of Works, Statement Of Dimensions And Budget, As Well As Cooperation In The Settlement Of Requests From Suppliers For Explanations Of Procurement Documentation In The Sense Of § 98 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts, As Amended; C) The Performance Of The Contractors Authorial Supervision As A Designer During Construction Implementation, I.E. The Contractors Supervision Of The Construction Being Carried Out In Accordance With The Approved Project Documentation, Including The Provision Of Necessary Explanations, Opinions And Cooperation To The Client And Construction Contractor During Construction Implementation. On The Other Hand, For Clarification, The Contracting Authority States That The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Not Engineering Activity.
