The Scope Of Services Includes, In Particular, The Implementation Of Regular And Ad Hoc Area Checks In The Form Of Patrols And Inspection Trips To Check Buildings, Technical Systems And Outdoor Areas. Specified Control Routes, Time Windows And Property-Specific Requirements Must Be Adhered To. Any Deviations Or Safety-Relevant Events Identified Must Be Immediately Recorded, Evaluated And Reported And Documented In Accordance With The Requirements. The Service Also Includes The Implementation Of Opening And Closing Services, Including The Proper Securing Of Buildings And Systems As Well As The Control Of Security-Relevant Conditions. Another Essential Part Of The Service Is The Receipt And Processing Of Alarm Messages Via A Continuously Operating Emergency Call And Service Control Center. Alarm Processing Is Carried Out On The Basis Of Defined Action And Escalation Processes And Includes, In Particular, The Evaluation Of Reports, The Control Of Intervention Measures And The Information Of Defined Contact Persons Or External Bodies.
