It Must Allow Changes And Calculations Of Power Plant Positions And Their Transmission To Transmission System Operators. The System Should Also Enable The Separation Between Production And Consumption Positions, And Then Transmit These To Tsos. The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Software-As-A-Service Solution (Hereinafter “Saas” Or “Saas Solution”) For A Trading System For Electricity Management.
