The Client Intends To Award A Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of Signature Cards Including Qualified Electronic Certificates For The Judicial Authorities Of The Free State Of Thuringia By Means Of A Europe-Wide Tender In An Open Procedure In Accordance With Section 15 I 1 Vgv. The Estimated Call Quantity (Estimated Quantity) Is 1,900 Signature Cards. The Maximum Purchase Quantity Is 3,500 Signature Cards. The Framework Agreement Begins On October 1St, 2026 With A Term Of 24 Months. It Is Extended Twice By 12 Months Each Time Unless Terminated By The Client With 3 Months Notice Before Its End.
