Sludge Disposal Services – Soltau Sewage Treatment Plant: Thermal Sewage Sludge Disposal. Acceptance, Transport, If Necessary Interim Storage, Thermal Treatment (From 2029 With P-Recycling) Of The Dried Sewage Sludge From The Soltau Sewage Treatment Plant Including Documentation Including All Ancillary Work In Accordance With The Service Description. The Client Awards These Services In A Europe-Wide Tender In An Open Procedure On The Basis Of The Vgv, Its Application Conditions And Other Documents, In Particular This Service Description. According To Section 29 No. 2 Vgv, Part B Of The Procurement And Contract Regulations For Services In The Version Of The Announcement Dated August 5, 2003 (Banz. No. 178A) Still Applies. With The Acceptance Of The Contract, These Contractual Conditions Become Part Of The Contract. The Award Criteria Are The Price (90%), The Safety Of Disposal, Thermal Treatment (5%) And The P Recovery Concept (5%). The Sludge Analyzes Included In The Tender Documents Provide Information About The Quality Of The Sewage Sludge. The Relevant Legal Regulations Of The European Community, The Federal Government And The States As Well As The Generally Recognized Rules Of Technology Must Be Adhered To. The Population Connected To The Soltau Sewage Treatment Plant Is Around 47,500 Population. After Dewatering, The Sewage Sludge Is Mechanically Dried By The Client Using A Low-Temperature Belt Dryer System. The Continuously Produced Dried And Granulated Sludge Is Conveyed Via A Cable Conveyor To An Adjacent Sewage Sludge Storage Hall And Stored There As Bulk Material. Drying Ensures That At Least 90% Tr Is Achieved And A Blownable Product With The Lowest Possible Dust Content Is Produced. The Total Annual Amount Of Sewage Sludge To Be Taken Over From This Storage Facility And Disposed Of Thermally Can Be Estimated At Around 600 T Of Dried Sewage Sludge/Year. The Performance Period Begins On January 1St, 2027 And Ends On December 31St, 2030. So That Over This Period Of 4 Years A Total Of 2,400 T Of Dried Sewage Sludge Is Produced, Which Has To Be Taken Over And Thermally Treated. According To Position 1, This Sewage Sludge Is Available In The Period From January 1St, 2027 To December 31St. To Be Taken Over By The Contractor In 2028 And Treated Thermally. This Results In A Total Quantity For Position 1 Of 1,200 T Of Dried Sewage Sludge. According To Position 2, This Sewage Sludge Must Be Taken Over By The Contractor In The Period From January 1St, 2029 To December 31St, 2030, Thermally Treated And Phosphorus Recovery Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Sewage Sludge Regulation. This Results In A Total Amount For Position 2 Of 1,200 T Of Dried Sewage Sludge. A Contract Extension Of One Year Can Be Agreed Twice Beyond December 31, 2030. Sludge Drying Should Usually Not Be Carried Out In December And January. The Removal Should Therefore Take Place Evenly Over The Production Time Of 6,000 Operating Hours. Discharge Interruptions Caused By The Contractor Can Occur Up To A Period Of 8 Weeks After Timely Advance Notice From The Sewage Treatment Plant
