The Engines Are Model Mars 90 With Machine Identification Me2bea-1100-270, Which Defines Their Technical Characteristics, Operational Parameters And Specific Maintenance Requirements According To The Manufacturers Prescriptions. By Now, The Engines Have Reached Close To 30,000 Operating Hours. This Operational Threshold Is Essential Because, According To The Manufacturers Service Concept, It Represents The Limit At Which A Major Overhaul Is Necessary. This Requirement Is Determined By The Accumulated Wear Of Main Units And Components Operating At High Temperature And Mechanical Loads, Which Can Lead To Deterioration Of Operational Characteristics And Increased Risk Of Occurrence Of Emergency Events. Major Overhaul Includes Complete Engine Disassembly, Detailed Diagnosis And Condition Assessment Of All Key Components, Replacement Or Restoration Of Worn Items, Subsequent Assembly, Balancing And Testing. Through The Implementation Of These Activities, The Goal Is To Restore The Original Technical Parameters Of The Engines, Including Power, Efficiency And Reliability Of Operation. Carrying Out The Repair Is Necessary In Order To Ensure Safe, Reliable And Trouble-Free Operation Of The Equipment Within The Gas Transmission Infrastructure. Additionally, According To The Manufacturers Instructions, A Successful Overhaul Will Allow The Engines To Extend Their Service Life To A Total Of Approximately 60,000 Operating Hours.
