The Incumbent Ensures, As A Culinary Operator, The Management And Operation Of The Lichali Restaurant At The Mémorial Acte As Well As Event Catering Services: Provision Of A Chef And A Brigade, Supply, Preparation And Service Of Meals (Snacks/Cafeteria, Lunches, Dinners, Sunday Brunches, Musical Evenings, Literary Cafés), Cleaning And Maintenance Of Premises And Equipment. Catering Revenues Are Collected On Behalf Of The Acte Memorial Revenue Authority By Agents Designated From Among The Holders Staff. The Incumbent Is Remunerated By A Monthly Flat Rate With A Minority Share Of Variable Remuneration, By A Unit Price Schedule For Catering Services And By A Unit Price Schedule For Additional Catering Services.
