Chromatographs – Sfc Extractors. The Objective Of This Contract Is To Acquire From The Institute Of Organic And Analytical Chemistry (Icoa) A Combined Sfe/Sfc-Uv System Equipped With A Supercritical Fluid Extractor And Semi-Preparative Supercritical Fluid Chromatography. This Instrument Will Be Used On The One Hand To Extract Bioactive Compounds From Plants Using Sfe With A Quantity Of Plant Between 10 And 200 G. These Extracts Can Then Be Purified By Semi-Preparative Sfc Chromatography In Order To Isolate The Different Active Ingredients. Semi-Preparative Sfc Chromatography Will Also Be Used For The Purification Of Compounds Resulting From Organic Synthesis (50 To 100 Mg Of Purified Product By Injection) With A View To Carrying Out Biological Activity Tests.
