As Part Of The Design Work, The Contractor Will Obtain All Arrangements, Decisions And Opinions Necessary To Obtain A Final Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Road Investment, In Particular: - Water Permit - Decision On Agreeing The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project After Conducting An Environmental Impact Assessment Of The Project Based On The Developed Functional And Utility Program For The Task Entitled Construction Of The Bypass Of The Town Of Miedzna Drewniana Along The Provincial Road No. 726 In The Design And Build System, Taking Into Account The Employers Guidelines Regarding The Solutions Adopted In The Above-Mentioned Document. 2.
