Expression of Interest for Legal and Regulatory Alignment for DORA Implementation in Ukraine. Description: The assignment will provide legal and regulatory expertise to assess the current Ukrainian legal framework against DORA requirements and identify required changes to supervisory regulations, reporting obligations, and third-party ICT risk management provisions. The consultant will prepare legal recommendations, draft regulatory acts and supporting documentation, and support stakeholder consultations to facilitate DORA-aligned implementation by the NBU. The legal work will ensure that the future technical reporting and operational resilience framework is supported by an appropriate statutory and supervisory basis.
