The Subject Of The Order Is The Annual Editorial Revision And Content Updating Of The Bsi Study On The Development Status Of Quantum Computers (See Www.Bsi.Bund.De/Qcstudie) In Three Revisions. The Aim Is To Regularly Adapt And Re-Evaluate The Knowledge Gained From The Bsi Study On The Development Status Of Quantum Computers To Current Developments In Research And Industry, So That The Bsi Always Has An Up-To-Date Basis For Decision-Making In Order To Be Able To Estimate And, If Necessary, Intensify The Necessary Action Regarding The Development, Standardization And Distribution Of Quantum-Secure Cryptographic Processes. The Previous Bsi Study Offers A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Current State Of Development As Well As A Reliable Forecast For The Future Availability Of Cryptographically Relevant Quantum Computers.
