From A Substantive Point Of View, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Ts Mainly Includes: Modifications And Additions To Cds Elements, Including Controllers, Signals, Masts And Detection Of Vehicles, Pedestrians And Cyclists; Vod Vehicle Information System And Obu/Rsu/Ucu Communication Via V2x Including Api Services; Connecting The Affected Controllers To The Traffic Control Center; Monitoring And Overview Traffic Cameras Including Server/Video Wall, Analytics And Related Requirements For Personal Data Protection; Optical Junction Boxes; Software Platform Including Data And Integration Interfaces; Css And Integration Platform Service And Maintenance; Implementation Documentation, Documentation Of Temporary Traffic Markings, Construction Organization Plan, Documentation Of The Actual Execution And Geodetic Works.
