The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply Of 9-Seater Minivans For Long-Term Rental. The Rental Concerns New Vehicles, Without Purchase Option And Without Driver With Provision Of A Used Waiting Vehicle If Necessary, During The Delivery Of The New Vehicle. It Includes Additional Maintenance, 24-Hour Assistance, Monitoring And Reporting Services. The Vehicles Must Be Renewed According To Upcoming Deadlines (See Document Entitled: Fleet Status And Order Forecast). However, The Order Of Additional Vehicles Cannot Be Excluded Depending On The Evolution Of Currently Unforeseeable Missions, Likely To Be Entrusted To The Spl And The Associated Level Of Financing. The Minimum Requirements Of The Desired Vehicles Are Given In The Conformity Verification Framework (Cvc). The Additional Associated Maintenance And Assistance Services Are Described In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With A Minimum Quantity Of 2 And A Maximum Quantity Of 6. The Maximum Quantity Refers To The Total Duration Of Execution Of The Contract.
