The Subject Of The Order Is The Complete Planning Services From Service Phase 5, Missing Planning Services From Earlier Service Phases As Well As The Complete Execution Work For A Turnkey New Building. The Project Includes The Conversion Of A Listed Church For School Purposes As Well As The Construction Of Three Additional Buildings To Accommodate Teaching And Administrative Rooms. A Modular Or System Design Is Permitted. The Project Is Divided Into A Total Of Four Buildings, Components A, B, C And D, With The Following Areas: - Component A (Conversion Of A Listed Church Into A Cafeteria And Auditorium), Ground Floor To 2Nd Floor: 1,350 M² Ngf And 9,300 M³ Bri, - Component B (Ground Floor To 1St Floor): 1,050 M² Ngf And 5,250 M³ Bri, - Component C (Partial Basement, Ground Floor To 1St Floor): 1,200 M² Ngf And 6,100 M³ Bri, - Component D (Ground Floor To 1St Floor): 1,300 M² Ngf And 6,500 M³ Bri.
