How to apply Bids are required to be submitted to NPA Lebanon no later than 3:00 PM on 31.July.2026 Bids must be submitted in the English language in a sealed envelope or can be sent via email to [email protected] in a format that cant be altered. The bid shall be typed or hand written in indelible ink and shall be signed by a person duly authorised to sign on behalf of the bidder. All pages except for un amended printed literature shall be initialled by the person signing the bid. Any alterations, erasures or overwritting shall be initialled by the person signing the bid. The sealed envelope shall then be enclosed in a single outer envelope/package.
