Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Modernization Of Sanitary Rooms, Including Construction, Installation And Finishing Works. The Aim Of The Project Is To Raise The Functional And Aesthetic Standard Of The Facility, Improve The Comfort Of Users, And Adapt Sanitary Facilities To Modern Requirements In The Field Of Hygiene And Ergonomics.2. The Scope Of Work That Is The Subject Of The Order Includes The Dismantling And Replacement Of Existing Finishing, Installation And Equipment Elements, Which Will Allow For The Creation Of A Space That Meets The Highest Sanitary And Utility Standards. The Materials And Technological Solutions Used Will Be Durable, Resistant To Operating Conditions And Easy To Keep Clean.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Execution Are Specified In The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation - I.E.: A) Technical Design, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 3) Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, 4. The Bill Of Quantities Provided To The Contractor Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract On Its Own, It Is For Illustrative Purposes Only And Constitutes Auxiliary Material That Should Be Interpreted Together With The Rest Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.5. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out At An Active Tourist Facility, And Due To This Fact, Construction Works Should Be Planned So That They Do Not Interfere With Its Normal Operation During Tourists Visits. For This Reason, The Contractor Should Secure Communication And Transport Routes At The Facility, With Particular Emphasis On Tourist Routes And Car Access Routes. During The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Must Ensure The Complete Safety Of People Using The Facility. 6. If There Are References To Polish Standards Anywhere In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Including The Design Documentation), It Is Permissible To Use The Relevant Standards Of European Union Countries, To The Extent Adopted By Polish Legislation.7. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Annexes To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract Or The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Include A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, System Of Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
