1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Existing Street Lighting Control System In The City Of Suwałki. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Dismantling Of 52 Complete Existing Street Lighting Control Cabinets And Then The Installation Of 52 Complete Street Lighting Control Cabinets, In Accordance With The Technical Design And The Attachment - Technical Requirements For Lighting Cabinets And Management System In The City Of Suwałki Along With The Launch And Configuration Of Controllers On The Www Platform.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In Annex No. 2 - Technical Design And In Annex No. 2.1 - Technical Requirements For Lighting Cabinets And Management System In The City Of Suwałki.4. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In A Situation Where The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates, In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Product, It Means That They Are Given As Examples And Mean The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard.7. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Materials Or Devices To Be Those Whose Quality And Performance Parameters Are At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or Better.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures Safe Movement Of Disabled People By Preventing The Creation Of Both Horizontal And Vertical Barriers That Constitute Difficulties In Movement By Eliminating Level Differences That Could Arise During The Works, Designating Movement Zones For Pedestrians And People In Wheelchairs Enabling Safe Movement And Protecting Aga
