Tenders Are Invited For Replacement Of Hydrants In The Water Supply Network In Korytkowo Mały

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of 18 Hydrants In The Water Supply Network In Korytkowo Mały As Part Of The Project Construction And Modernization Of The Water Supply Network In The Frampol Commune.4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular: 1) Excavation And Dismantling Of Existing Hydrants With Shut-Off Valves And A Shut-Off Tee, With Boxes And Housings; 2) Installation Of New Hydrants With Valves. Pipe-Flange Connectors Should Be Used To Connect New Hydrant Nodes, And In The Case Of Pe Pipes, Connections Can Be Made Using Flanged Sleeves And Loose Flanges; 3) Installation Of Telescopic Housings And Gate Valve Boxes, 4) Marking The Location Of Hydrants, 5) Restoring The Work Site To Its Original Condition. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Executive Design, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities, Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.3.1, Point 1) Swz And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.3.1, Point 1) Swz And Stwiorb. If The Content Of The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Contains Any Provisions Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, E.G. Rules For The Introduction Of Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement, Which Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And The Drafted Provisions Of The Contract Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Drafted Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Accepted As Binding.
