The Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, And In Compliance With Applicable Laws, Safety Standards And Requirements For Admission To Use And Registration, If Required For This Type Of Trailer/Stage.5.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method And Conditions Of Implementation Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
