The Object Of The Procurement Is The Repair Work Of The Apartments And Public Spaces Of The Residential Buildings Of Helsinki City Apartments Oy (Heka) In The Haaga, Kannelmäki, Malminkartanto And Maunula Areas. There Are Approximately 93 Sites With Approximately 9,600 Apartments. Repair Work Is Carried Out In Residential Apartments And Common Spaces, Such As Club Rooms, Outdoor Equipment Storage, Basement Corridors, Etc. The Work To Be Carried Out Is Mainly Various Repairs Related To Surface Structures And The Apartments Equipment, For Example: • Painting Restorations And Wallpapering Of Wall Surfaces, • Painting Restorations Of Ceiling Surfaces, • Painting Of Radiators And Pipes, • Renewal Of Window And Door Moldings, • Renewal Of Intermediate Door Leafs And Frames, • Renewal Of Floor Coverings, • Renewal Of Kitchen Cabinets And Fixed Furniture • Reconstruction Of Damage Repairs • In Addition, Possible Small Repairs In The Yard Area, E.G. Repairs Of Plowing Damage And Repairs Of The Building, Yard Or Equipment As Calculation Work As A Result Of The Procurement, A Framework Arrangement Will Be Established. A Maximum Of Eight (8) Service Providers Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Terms Of The Framework Arrangement Are Described In The Contract Template. The Works Are Mainly Carried Out At Unit Prices According To The Price Appendix. The Actual Contract Is Valid For Two (2) Years From The Date The Contract Period Begins. The Customer Has The Right To Extend The Contract Two (2) At A Time With A One (1) Year Option Starting From The End Of The Actual Contract Period.
