This Framework Agreement Concerns The Implementation Of Personalized Social Support Measures With Financial Management Of Social Benefits (Masp). The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is The Execution Of A Public Service Requiring Respect For The Principles Of The Republic Which Are The Equality Of Users, Secularism And Neutrality. The Duration Of The Initial Period Is 1 Year, Renewable 3 Times. The Framework Agreement Runs From January 1, 2027 Or At The Latest From Its Notification If This Is Later. The Maximum Annual Amount Is 250,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Or 1,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax In The Event Of Effective Renewals Over The Overall Duration
