The Contracting Authority Envisages The Assignment Of Project Preparation Activities And The Implementation Of Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Construction, Within 48 Months. Activity 1: The Design Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Zut, Observing The Principles Of Effectiveness, Efficiency And Economy With A View To Achieving The Main Goal Of The Investment. Activity 2: Copyright Supervision Under Art. 162 Of The Law On Territorial Organization (Zut). Carrying Out Control Over The Designers Prescriptions Related To His Copyright, For The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Project Made By Him And Making Technical Decisions Regarding The Modification Of The Project During Construction. The Services Will Be Assigned With Technical Assignments By The Contracting Authority In Case Of Arising Needs From Them And Depending On Its Financial Capabilities. Each Of The Technical Assignments Will Be Delivered Personally To An Authorized Representative Of The Contractor, By Mail - By Return Receipt, By Hand Against A Signature Or By E-Mail. The Specific Parameters Of The Assigned Work Will Be Mentioned In The Tender Letter/Terms Of Reference. The Scope Of The Services Will Be At The Discretion Of The Contracting Authority, Depending On Its Financial Capabilities And Specific Needs. Implementation Deadline: - Design Deadline - For Each Specific Project, The Implementation Deadline Will Be Subject To Additional Negotiation, Depending On The Volume Of The Project, And The Same Begins To Run From The Date Of Receipt Of The Technical Assignment To The Date Of The Handover Protocol For Handing Over The Project To The Contracting Authority.
