Fsb Offers A Turnkey Contract For The Construction Of Two New Nursing Homes In Bystævneparken, Husum, Copenhagen Municipality, Including Complete Design From Project Proposal Level To Execution Project And Execution Of All Contract Works. The Project Is Located In Bystævneparken In Husum, Copenhagen Municipality, At Cadastre No. 4A Husum. The Building Site Is Part Of The Development Area Bystævneparken And Will Be Received After The Demolition Of The Existing Nursing Homes Rønnebo And Poppelbo. The Total Care Home Includes 250 Care Homes With Associated Communal Facilities As Well As Production Kitchen, Staff And Service Rooms. For This, A Proportion Of The Building Is Used For External Activity Day Centres. The Buildings Total Floor Area Is Approx. 23,081 M² Plus Approx. 2,543 M² Basement, Divided Into Two Nursing Homes In Three Square Buildings And A Central Intermediate Building.
