Facilities Not Eligible For A Purchase Contract Taken Pursuant To An Order Mentioned In Article R. 314-12 Of The Energy Code And Which Are: — Ground-Mounted Photovoltaic Installations, Or; — Photovoltaic Installations On Buildings, Greenhouses, Sheds Or Shade Houses (Referred To As “Photovoltaic Installations On Buildings” In The Following), Or; — Hydroelectric Installations, Or; — Wind Turbine Installations. For Ground-Mounted Photovoltaic Installations, An Additional Condition Of Eligibility For This Call For Tenders Is That Their Power Is Between 500 Kwp And 30 Mwp For Projects On Land Corresponding To Cases 1 And 2 And 2 Bis And 4 Of Paragraph 2.6 Of The Specifications And Strictly Greater Than 500 Kwp For Projects On Land Corresponding To Case 3 Of Paragraph 2.6 Of The Specifications. For Photovoltaic Installations On Buildings, Installations With Peak Power Strictly Greater Than 500 Kwp Are Eligible. For Hydroelectric Installations, An Additional Condition Of Eligibility For This Call For Tenders Is That The Installations Are New Installations, With An Installed Power Greater Than Or Equal To 1 Mw, Which Are Not Subject To The Hydraulic Concession Regime Pursuant To Article L. 511-5 Of The Energy Code, Nor Included In The Scope Of An Existing Hydraulic Concession, And Correspond To One Of The Following Two Families: 1. Family 1: Installations Located On New Sites, With A Higher Installed Power Or Equal To 1 Mw Installations Eligible For This Family Are Installations Meeting All Of The Following Conditions: — New Hydroelectric Installations With New Water Intake Structures; — Installations Not Providing For Any Operation Of Water Intake Structures Located On Sections Of Watercourses Classified In The List Mentioned In 1O Of I Of Article L. 214-17 Of The Environmental Code; 2. Family 2: Installations Equipping Existing Thresholds, With Installed Power Greater Than Or Equal To 1 Mw Installations Eligible For This Family Are Installations Meeting All Of The Following Conditions: — New Hydroelectric Installations With Existing Water Intake Structures; — When The Installation Is Located On Watercourses Classified In The Lists Mentioned In 1O Of I. Of Article L. 214-17 Of The Environmental Code, Installations With Fish-Compatible Turbines, Or If It Is Demonstrated That Such Turbines Cannot Be Installed, Fish-Compatible Water Intakes. The Cumulative Power Demand Is Divided Into Application Periods, Spanning Five Years.
