The Present Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract Aims To Conclude A Contract For Subscription And Service Technical Maintenance And Servicing Of Air Conditioners Installed In Buildings Of The Territorial Division Of The National Social Security Institute - Sofia Region (Tp Of The National Insurance Institute - Sofia Region). The Order Includes Periodic Planned Six-Monthly And Annual Maintenance Operations For The Subscribed Equipment, Current And Emergency Repairs, As Well As The Provision (Delivery) Of Spare Parts And/Or Consumables Related To These Activities. The Subject Of The Subscription Support Are Air Conditioners, Individualized In Appendix 1 To The Technical Specifications Of The Approved Documentation. Subscription Service Maintenance Is Carried Out According To The Technological Requirements And Operating Instructions Established By The Manufacturer Of The Equipment, According To The Period Of Operation And Its Functional Load, And The Goal Is To Ensure Good Technical Condition And Safe And Reliable Use Of The Air Conditioning Equipment.
