The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Modernization Of The Existing Playground And Outdoor Gym, Along With The Creation Of A Green Space For Rest And Recreation, Including The Planting Of Trees And Shrubs. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) 1St Subject Of Acceptance: Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions And Arrangements Allowing For Carrying Out Construction Works For The Task In Question; 2) 2Nd Subject Of Acceptance: Comprehensive Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works And Planting Greenery Based On The Approved Design Documentation Prepared As Part Of The 1St Subject Of Acceptance.3) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Being The Subject Of The Order And During The Warranty Warranty Granted By The Contractor For The Construction Works Performed.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, And The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz.
