1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works Including Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Public Kindergarten In Gomunice.2. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Will Include In Particular: 1. Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Including: 1) Works In The Architectural And Construction Industry 2) Works In The Sanitary Industry 3) Works In The Electrical Industry In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 11 To Swz.2. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (2 Copies Of The Paper Version And 1 Copy Of The Electronic Version). Note: In Connection With The Ornithological And Chiropterological Expertise Carried Out, Which Showed The Presence Of Numerous Bird Breeding Habitats And Potential Daily And Temporary Bat Shelters In The Structural Elements Of The Buildings, The Contractor Is Obliged To:1. Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Terms Of The Ornithological And Chiropterological Expertise And Decisions Of The Relevant Nature Protection Authorities. 2. Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Terms Of The Decision Of The Regional Director For Environmental Protection, If Issued, And In Accordance With The Recommendations Of Ornithological And Chiropterological Supervision. 3. Enabling Persons Performing Ornithological And Chiropterological Supervision To Have Access To The Construction Site And Cooperate With Them During The Implementation Of The Works. 4. Securing The Holes And Crevices Indicated In The Ornithological And Chiropterological Expert Opinion By Permanently Closing Them With Mortar Or Glue, After Prior Confirmation By The Ornithological And Chiropterological Supervision Of The Lack Of Colonization By Birds And Bats And In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Expert Opinion.5. Cooperation With The Ordering Party In The Installation Of Nesting Boxes For Birds And Bats, In Particular If The Boxes In Question Will Be Installed Within The Façade.6. The Works Will Start Only After An Ornithological And Chiropterological Inspection, If The Works Will Be Carried Out During The Breeding Season. 7. Strictly Follow The Recommendations Issued By Persons Supervising Ornithological And Chiropterological Supervision. 8. Immediately Suspend Work In The Place Indicated By The Supervision If A Threat To Protected Species Of Birds Or Bats Is Detected. 9. Immediately Inform The Ordering Party And Environmental Supervision About The Presence Of Birds, Nests, Bats Or Other Protected Species During The Work. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
