1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Primary School In Stary Lubosz. The Building Of The Primary School In Stare Lubosz, Which Is Subject To Expansion, Is A Public Utility Building With A Teaching And Administrative Function. The Subject Of The Order Is An Extension Consisting In The Addition Of An Educational Part With A Canteen And Additional Rooms To The Existing School Building. The Expansion Is Aimed At Improving The Functionality Of The Existing Facility. Expansion Parameters: Net Volume - 2347.47 M3, Gross Volume - 3997.90 M3, Building Area - 544.05 M2, Usable Area - 800.23 M2, Total Area - 1035.88 M2, Building Height - 9.5 M, Building Length - 24.66 M, Building Width 26.08 M. Newly Designed Part The Building Was Functionally Connected To The Existing School Building Through A Ground-Floor Connector, Which Serves As Communication, With Access To The Outside On Both Sides. On The Ground Floor There Are Two Teaching Rooms Intended For Classes, An Office Room (Office/Room), As Well As Sanitary Facilities Including Public Toilets And A Sanitary Room Adapted For Use By People With Disabilities. On The Ground Floor There Are Two Technical Rooms And A Storage Room Separated By A Vestibule, As Well As Two Storage Rooms. A Canteen Was Designed In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Connector.
