1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Residential Premises Wholly Owned By The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw, Administered By Zgn Wola, Tzom Młynów (4 Premises). The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Include General Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works, Which Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Of Work Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Bill Of Quantities Determines The Scope Of Work Constituting The Basis For Calculating The Value Of The Lump Sum Remuneration For Individual Premises. In Order To Prepare The Offer Correctly, It Is Recommended That The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Make A Site Visit To The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented And Obtain (At His Own Responsibility And Risk) Any Information That May Be Important For The Preparation Of The Offer.
