Warsaw, Administered By The Real Estate Management Department In The Wola District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw - Local Residents Service Team Koło. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Include General Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works, Which Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Of Work Specified In The Bills Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Specify The Scope Of Works Constituting The Basis For Calculating The Value Lump Sum Remuneration For Individual Premises.
