The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Repair Of Flood Embankments On 3 Sections Of The Łyna River In The Town Of Bartąg, Stawiguda Commune, Province. Warmia-Masuria, In Accordance With The Decisions Of The Warmia-Masuria Voivodeship Construction Supervision Inspector No. 35/Ik/26 Of May 8, 2026, No. 36/Ik/26 Of May 8, 2026, No. 38/Ik/26 Of May 12, 2026, No. 39/Ik/26 Of May 12, 2026, No. 40/Ik/26 Of May 12, 2026. Repair Of Embankments Should Be Understood As: Sealing Of Breaches And Sinkholes In The Embankment Body; Strengthening, Leveling And Raising The Embankment Crown To The Existing Highest Elevation Of A Given Section; Reconstruction Of The Embankment Culvert Together With The Construction Of Elements Protecting The Culvert Against The Retreat Of Water From The River And The Ingress Of Water Into The Embankment Area, Desilting The Embankment Ditch No. 3. The Simplified Documentation Was Prepared On The Basis Of The Study Entitled: Flood Protection Of Areas Located Along The Łyna River In The Town Of Bartąg, Stawiguda Commune And The City Of Olsztyn, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Made By The Water Reclamation And Environmental Engineering Design Office Biprowodmel Sp. Z O. O. In Poznań3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Simplified Design Documentation Along With The Bill Of Quantities And Decisions - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order. 5. The Ordering Party Allows The Participation Of Subcontractors In The Execution Of The Order. In The Event Of The Participation Of Subcontractors In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 462 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor To Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Names Of The Subcontractors Companies, If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order. The Requirements For Subcontracting Are Specified In § 7 Of The Draft Contract. 6. The Ordering Party Will Not Examine Whether There Are Grounds For Exclusion From The Proceedings Against A Subcontractor Who Is Not An Entity Providing Resources.7.
