The Working Heads Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Accident-Free, Undamaged And Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties, Free From Physical (Design, Material, Workmanship), Technical And Legal Defects, Not Being A Prototype Or A Device Made For This Order, Mass-Produced, Meeting The Following Requirements, However, The Ordering Party Allows Submitting An Offer With Higher (Better) Machine Equipment Than Those Described. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet Applicable Norms, Standards, Technical And Quality Parameters, Have The Necessary Ec Declarations Of Conformity And A Full Manufacturers Warranty.4.
