Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Buildings And Premises Of The District Court In Wałbrzych

1. The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Buildings And Premises Of The District Court In Wałbrzych For A Period Of 12 Months, And Its Detailed Description Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Agreement.3. The Sale And Distribution Of Gaseous Fuel Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Quality Parameters Of The Gaseous Fuel And The Indicators Of The Quality And Reliability Of Gaseous Fuel Supplies Specified In The Instruction For Operation And Operation Of The Distribution System Operators Distribution Network Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office.4. The Supplied Natural Gas Should Meet Legal Requirements And Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2026.43) And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, As Well As The Act Of February 16, 2007 On Stocks Of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products And Natural Gas, And The Rules Of Conduct In Situations Of Threat To The States Fuel Security And Disruptions On The Oil Market (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2026.599). 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Quality Standards Of Service To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Energy Law, In Particular Chapter 8 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025.1382) Regarding Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuels, Quality Standards Of Customer Service And The Method Of Handling Complaints. The Contractor Should Ensure Continuity Of Supplies Without Any Interruptions In Supplies And Have A Reserve Guaranteeing Continuity Of Supplies.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Make A Declaration Regarding Excise Duty. The Ordering Party Will Accept The Excise Tax Declaration Template Presented By The Contractor.
