The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) An Inventory Of The Area To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Design Of The Facilities; 2) An Inventory Of The Tree Stand Together With A Security Design And A Possible Felling Project; 3) Development And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of Two Variants Of The Preliminary Design For Approval; 4) Consultations Of The Proposed Solutions With The Ordering Party; 5) Preparation And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Based On The Preliminary Design Approved By The Ordering Party, Including: A) Development Of A Construction Design (Pb) Along With Determining The Scope Of Construction Works Necessary To Be Performed, Including: - Land Development Design (Pzt), - Architectural And Construction Design (Pab), - Technical Design (Pt), For All Industries Covered By The Order; B) Preparation Of Industry Designs Related To The Removal Or Reconstruction, To The Extent Necessary, Of Collisions Between Existing Devices And Networks With The Designed Facility; C) Preparation Of An Executive Design (Pw), D) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Works Covered By The Project; E) Preparation Of The Cost Part Containing The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate For The Works Covered By The Project; F) Preparation Of Supplementary Studies Necessary To Obtain Opinions, Resolutions And Decisions Required By The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994; Including: A) Obtaining Technical Conditions For Connecting The Facility To The Network And Developing A Design For These Connections, Along With Obtaining The Required Permits For Their Implementation; B) Obtaining Technical Conditions For Eliminating Conflicts With Existing Utility Networks And Developing A Project For Removing These Conflicts, Along With Obtaining The Required Permits For Their Implementation; C) Obtaining A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Or Development Conditions; D) Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions (If Required); E) Obtaining A Decision Allowing The Removal Of Conflicting Investment Of Trees And Shrubs; F) Obtaining Consent To Transfer A Place Of National Memory In The Form Of A Monument Colliding With The Investment (If Required) Or Placing A Commemorative Plaque; G) Obtaining Consent For Archaeological Research, Etc. (If Required); H) Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit; 7) Active Participation In The Tender Procedure Planned By The Ordering Party For Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Documentation Commissioned With This Order
