Toruńska 174A In Bydgoszcz, And Clearing The Workplace Of All Residues, To The Extent And Under The Terms And Conditions Of The Order, Detailed In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement With Attachments - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, 3) Template Of The Offer Form - Appendix No. 3 To The Swz, 4) Template Of The Assortment And Price Form For The Basic Order - Appendix No. 4-1 To The Swz,5) Template Of The Assortment And Price Form For Options - Annex No. 4-2 To The Swz,2. The Ordering Party Determines The Minimum Value Of The Parties Performance For The Basic Order To Be No Less Than 80% Of The Value Of The Agreement.
