The Subject Of This Order Is The Production And Delivery Of Ready-Made Meals In The Form Of Catering For Children Attending Nurseries And Kindergartens In The Mirów Commune1. Catering Includes Full Board For 91 Children Aged 6 Months - Up To 4 Years In:1) Kindergarten In Mirów Stary• Breakfast - Up To 45 Meals A Day• Lunch (2 Courses) - Up To 45 Meals A Day• Afternoon Snack - Up To 45 Meals A Day2) Miś Public Kindergarten In Zbijów Mały• Breakfast - Up To 30 Meals A Day• Lunch (2 Courses) - Up To 30 Meals A Day• Afternoon Snack - Up To 30 Meals A Day3) Municipal Nursery In Mirów Stary• Breakfast - Up To 16 Meals A Day• 2Nd Breakfast - Up To 16 Meals A Day• Lunch (2 Courses) - Up To 16 Meals A Day• Afternoon Snack - Up To 16 Meals A Day2. The Number Of Meals Served Will Depend On The Attendance Of Children In Kindergartens And Nurseries3. The Contractor Will Be Informed On An Ongoing Basis About The Number Of Meals Served On A Given Day Until 4 P.M. On The Day Preceding The Day Of Serving The Meal. Based On The Information Obtained, The Contractor Will Provide A Specific Number Of Meals,4. The Contractor Will Deliver Meals Using Its Own Transport, In Specialized, Disposable Containers That Guarantee Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Dishes.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Meals At The Hours Specified In The Contract.6. The Menu, Containing Information On The Caloric Value Of Meals, Will Be Prepared By The Contractors Dietitian For A Period Of 10 Working Days (2 Weeks) And Delivered To The Ordering Party For Approval 5 Days Before Its Validity Period. The Daily Menu Includes: 1) First And Second Meals: Breakfast: Bread Or Rolls, Cereals, Eggs, Milk Soups, Cold Meats, Jams, Honey, Milk And Its Products, Cheese, Etc., Tea, Cocoa, Juice. 2) Third Meal: Nutritious Soup, Second Course, Compote Or Juice. The Term Nutritious Soup Should Be Understood As Soup With The So-Called Meat Insert Served With Fresh Bread, With No Quantity Limit. The Term Second Course Means A Meat/Fish Meal With Various Salads Or Boiled Vegetables. Potatoes, Groats, Rice Or Pasta May Be Served Alternatively To The Meat. The Second Course May Also Include Dumplings, Pancakes, Dumplings, Pasta With Sauce And Croquettes, Etc. 3) Fourth Meal: Afternoon Snack: Fruit, Sweet Roll, Roll Or Bread, Jams, Honey, Pancakes, Yogurt, Jelly, Fruit Such As Apple Or Banana, Homemade Cookies Or Cakes, Yeast Cakes, Pie With Apples Or Other Fruit, Fruit Cocktail, Tea, Cocoa, Juice.
