Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Students To Schools In The Golina Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Transport Services Provided On The Basis Of Monthly Tickets On School Days (Monday To Friday), Consisting In Transporting And Returning Students Residing In The Golina Commune To Nw. Schools: A) Primary School In Golina, Ul. Wolności 20 - Approx. 89 Students;B) Primary School In Kawnice, Węglew, Ul. Bursztynowa 31 - Approx. 120 Students;C) Primary School In Przyjma, Przyjma 122 - Approx. 35 Students,D) Primary School In Radolin, Radolina 63 - Approx. 25 Students, And Providing Care During Transport To Schools (The Driver Cannot Be The Guardian). Approximately 269 Students Will Be Entitled To Use The Transport Services. The Approximate Daily Number Of Kilometers Of Transport Is Approximately 175.5 Km2. The Proposed Routes And The Number Of Students Transported To Individual Schools In The Golina Commune Are Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz (These Are Forecast Values),3. The Contractor Must Provide An Appropriate Number Of Seats In Buses.4. The Cost Of Travel To The Initial Stops And Departure From The Final Stops After The Daily Completion Of The Subject Of The Order Is Covered By The Contractor From Its Own Funds.5. During The Term Of The Contract In 2026/2027, The Number Of Kilometers And The Number Of Transported Children May Change Depending On The Number Of Students In Schools And Teaching Plans,6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce A Timetable Other Than The Agreed Timetable For Specific Days, After Notifying The Contractor In Advance,7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Deviate From The Provided Transport Schedule Due To Changes In Lesson Plans, The Number Of Children, Changes In The Organization Of The School Year, Making Up For Days Off, Retreat Days, External Exams, Shortening Classes, Etc. The Contractor Will Ensure Transport Of Children At Other Times. Deviations From The Transport Schedule Do Not Constitute Additional Tasks And Should Be Included In The Ticket Price,8. In The Event Of A Change In The Organization Of Classes Consisting In Making Up Classes On A Day Falling Between Two Public Holidays Or A Friday Falling Immediately After A Public Holiday, The Carrier Is Notified By The Ordering Party About The Change In The Delivery Date9. Calculations Of The Number Of Students Transported To Schools Will Be Made Monthly, Based On The Number Of Monthly Tickets Sold10. The Expected Quantities Of Individual Tickets Being The Subject Of This Order Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims Regarding The Number Of Tickets Actually Ordered By The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Contract.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Punctually Comply With The Presented Transport Plan, And In The Event Of A Bus Breakdown, He Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Vehicle, Appropriately Adapted To Transport Students. Failure To Provide A Replacement Vehicle Will Result In The Carrier Being Charged A Penalty And The Costs Of Renting A Replacement Means Of Transport12. I
