The Intent Of This Rfp Is To Find A Successful Proponent Capable Of Providing The Work Described Immediately Below. A More Detailed Description Of The Work Can Be Found In Appendix 1 (Information).Epcor Water Services Inc. Requires A Contractor To Provide Wastewater Hauling From Its E.L. Smith Water Treatment Plant, Papaschase Reservior And Terwillegar And Blackmud Creek Booster Stations. The Contractor Will Be Required To Haul Waste From The Sanitary Storage Tanks And Provide Cleaning Of The Tanks And Sp Ill Pumps. The Contractor Must Follow The Sanitary Sewer Disposal Requirements Outlined In Schedule D Of The City Of Edmonton Drainage Bylaw. See Attachment 1 – Coe Drainage Bylaw 18100
