As Part Of Its Research Activities, The Inserm Umr_S1110 (Itm) Unit Wishes To Entrust One Or More Specialized Service Providers With The Performance Of High-Throughput Sequencing (Ngs) Including: - Bulk Rna Sequencing (Rna-Seq), - Sequencing Of Dna Libraries From Single-Cell Experiments And Spatial Transcriptomics Technologies. The Objective Of This Market Is To Obtain High Quality, Reproducible Sequencing Data That Complies With International Standards, Enabling Downstream Bioinformatics Analyses.
