The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Vehicle For The Transport Of Disabled People, Brand New, Unregistered, 9-Seater (8 Passengers + 1 Driver) Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including At Least One Place For A Person In A Wheelchair - Equipped With An Electric Lift For Loading The Wheelchair.1. Unregistered Vehicle, Brand New, Undamaged, Technically Efficient. Delivery Of An Exhibition Vehicle, Test Vehicle, Etc. Is Not Allowed.2. The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With All The Elements Required By The Ordering Party In The Factory Assembly Process Or At An Authorized Service Center Before Delivery Of The Vehicle.3. The Vehicle Cannot Have Any Prints Or Advertising Information.4. The Vehicle And Its Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Acts To This Act, As Well As Other Provisions Of Applicable Polish And Eu Law.5. The Vehicle Must Have A Valid Approval Certificate For Vehicles For The Transport Of Disabled Persons Issued By A Statutorily Authorized Body, Confirming That It Meets All Necessary Technical Requirements And Safety Standards Specified In The Regulations.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicle Meets The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment.7. The Order Is Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons (Pfron) As Part Of The Project Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii. Pfron Funds Constitute Part Of The Financing Of The Order, And The Order Is Implemented In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Regarding Granting Subsidies And Co-Financing Projects From Pfron Funds. When Submitting Their Offer, Contractors Are Obliged To Take Into Account The Fact Of Co-Financing From Pfron Funds And Execute The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party And Pfron.8. The Car That Is The Subject Of The Order Should Have A Complete Set Of Documents To Be Registered In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, On The Basis Of Admission To Traffic (Sales Invoice, Vehicle Card, Inspection - Technical Examination And Examination Of A Diagnostic Station Confirming That After Adaptation The Car Is Adapted To Transport Disabled Persons In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Road Traffic Law). In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Partial Approvals For The Work Performed And A Current Iso System Certificate Covering The Scope Of Vehicle Development And Modification To Include The Components/Elements Used For Disabled People.9. The Contractor Will Mark/Wrap The Vehicle In The Manner And Pattern Agreed With The Ordering P
