The Scope Of Works Includes: - Demolition Of The Old Stair Structure, - Construction Of A New Reinforced Concrete Stair Structure, - Installation Of Terrazzo Steps, - Drainage Of The Stairs And - Construction Of Balustrades And Ramps For Wheelchairs. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Decision No. 64/2024 - Building Permit And Construction Design And Technical Design Of October 2023. Due To The Layout Of The Area And Difficult Availability Of Heavy Equipment For Stairs, The Ordering Party Recommends A Site Inspection. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz, I.E. Technical Documentation (Including Bill Of Quantities, Design Documentation). Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended), The Ordering Party Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Pzp, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Technical Documentation.
