1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Main Entrance To The Building Of The Municipal Health Clinic In Andrespol At Ul. Rokicińska 125 In Andrespol.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Works As Well As The Technology Of The Works And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Are Specified In Annexes No. 11 To No. 14 Inclusive: 1) Annex No. 11 - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order 2) Annex No. 12 - Design Documentation 3) Annex No. 13 - Stwiorb 4) Annex No. 14 - Bills Of Quantities3. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Contains A List Of Expected Works In Order To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction And To Help Contractors Estimate The Costs Of Implementing The Investment. 4. The Ordering Party Stipulates That All Construction Works In The Existing Building Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Operation Of The Health Clinic And Does Not Pose A Threat To Third Parties. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site So That The Work Does Not Interfere With The Work Of The Health Clinic, In Compliance With All Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular Occupational Health And Safety.6. After Taking Over The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect The Area And Construction Works Against Destruction Or Damage And Is Obliged To Ensure The Protection Of The Construction Site Until The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Liable On A Risk Basis For All Incidents On The Construction Site And In Connection With The Construction Works.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Its Own Water And Electricity Supply To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage Materials From Demolition On His Own, I.E. Send Them To A Landfill. The Costs Related To Waste Management, I.E. Transport, Recovery, Disposal, Depositing In A Waste Landfill, Will Be Borne By The Contractor.9. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Applicable Technical Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract.10. The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Detailed Processes That Characterize Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, European Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc.
