The Scope Of Part 1 Of The Order Includes The Construction Of An Access Road 1,300 M Long And 3.5 M Wide, In Particular Preparatory Works And Executive Works Related To The Execution Of The Access Road Surface, Including: - Measurement And Preparatory Works In The Field, - Clearing The Lane Road (Area Covered With Vegetation - Mechanical Mowing Of Old Vegetation Together With Disposal) And Preparation Of The Area For Construction Of The Road, - Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil For The Construction Layers Of The Pavement, - Construction Of The Road Surface From Crushed Aggregate/Crushed Stone, - Construction Of Roadsides Or Supplementary Soil Layers To The Extent Specified In The Documentation, - Construction Of A Culvert, - Performance Of Necessary Finishing And Cleaning Works. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Determined By: Bill Of Quantities, This Description Of The Subject Orders.2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Construction Site, 2) Securing The Construction Site, 3) Purchase And Delivery Of Materials, 4) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.3. Obligations And Costs Of The Contractor The Scope Of Obligations And Costs Of The Contractor Includes In Particular: 1) Marking Of The Works Being Carried Out, 2) Providing Utilities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works, 3) Bearing The Costs Of Acceptance, Tests And Examinations, 4) Waste Management In Accordance With The Regulations, 5) Reporting Missing Works For Acceptance (If Any), 6) Securing Access Roads And Repairing Them In The Event Of Damage, 7) Securing The Entrances To The Properties And Restoring Them In The Event Of Damage Damage, 8) Preparing An As-Built Cost Estimate, 9) Providing Surveying Services, Including Preparing An As-Built Inventory.
