1) The Subject Of The Planned Task Is A Comprehensive Renovation Of Womens And Mens Toilets Located In The School Building. The Need To Implement The Investment Results From The Technical Wear And Tear Of The Rooms And Sanitary Installations And Equipment, Which Are Intensively Used By The Students Of The Facility. The Current Condition Of Bathrooms Requires Modernization Measures To Improve Hygienic And Functional Conditions. The Existing Water And Sewage Installations Are Worn Out, And Wall And Floor Coverings As Well As Sanitary Facilities Show Significant Signs Of Wear. 2) The Scope Of The Investment Includes: 1. Replacement Of The Water And Sewage Installation, 2. Replacement Of The Electrical Installation, 3. Replacement Of The Ventilation System, 4. Installation Of New Wall And Floor Coverings, As Well As 5. Installation Of New Sanitary Equipment, Including Toilet Bowls, Urinals, Washbasins And Fittings. 3) Carrying Out Renovation Works Will Allow For Restoring The Proper Technical Condition Of The Rooms And Improving The Standard Of Their Use. The Implementation Of The Task Will Improve The Safety And Comfort Of People Using The Facility, Ensure Appropriate Sanitary And Hygienic Conditions And Reduce The Risk Of Failures And Costs Related To Ongoing Repairs. Additionally, The Investment Will Contribute To Improving The Aesthetics Of The School And Maintaining Its Infrastructure At A Level Corresponding To The Needs Of The Educational Institution.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz), Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Contract) And Documentation (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz).
