Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Five Road Sections (Lubelska, Śląska, Wrocławska, Mazowiecka And Sienkiewicza Streets), Consisting In The Introduction Of Green Areas With A Total Area Of Approx. 300 M2, With The Works Being Designed Within The Boundaries Of Road Rights-Of-Way, And For Each Location The Intention To Perform Construction Works Was Notified And A Certificate Was Obtained Confirming The Lack Of Grounds For Objection To Above Intention, B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract Using The Following Documents: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 2) Technical Specifications (St) - Annex No. 8 To The Swz, 3) Design Documentation - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, 4) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 10 To The Swz, C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of Minimum 48 Months And A Maximum Of 60 Months, Note! Offers Containing A Quality Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract Shorter Than 48 Months Will Be Rejected As Not Meeting The Swz Requirements. D) If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features.
