The Order Is Co-Financed By Funds From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.3. The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of An Emergency Water Intake In The Town Of Pękanino On Plot No. 63/2, Pękanino Registration District.4. The Task Should Include: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Drilling A Borehole With A Depth Of 49 To 54 M, 3) Building A Filtration Column, 4) Performing Test Pumping, 5) Constructing A Water Intake Casing With Technological Installation Fittings In Accordance With The Documentation, 6) Constructing An Electrical Energy Installation From The Existing Wwtp To The Intake For The Purpose Of Supplying It With Electricity And Integrating The Intake With The Existing Wwtp, 7) Disinfection And Carrying Out Tests Laboratory,8) Preparation Of Hydrogeological And Geological-Engineering Documentation.5. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In: 1) Documentation Of The Geological Works Project For The Construction Of Emergency Borehole No. 2 At The Municipal Groundwater Intake In The Town Of Pękanino, Covered By Decision No. 124/2026 Of June 15, 2026, 2) Water Law Report For The Construction Of An Emergency Water Facility At The Municipal Groundwater Intake In Pękanino, By Constructing A Well Casing.6. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Inspect The Site Of Construction Works In Order To Obtain Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order.7. The Place Of Disposal Of Excess Soil (Mined Material) Will Be Organized By The Contractor On His Own.8. The Components Of The Subject Of The Order Also Include All Works And Services Accompanying The Implementation Of The Works Referred To In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: Costs Of Surveying Services Together With Marking Out The Scope Of Works On The Plot, Costs Of Obtaining The Necessary Surveys And Opinions, Consumption Of Water And Electricity, Construction Insurance, All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Securing The Construction Site, Maintaining The Construction Facilities, Bringing The Area To A Condition No Worse Than The Current One, All Costs Of Exporting Materials From The Construction Works.
